Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment. Orders placed during holidays or promotional periods may require additional processing time.

If payment or shipping details are incorrect or incomplete, order processing may be delayed by an additional 3–5 business days while the information is verified.

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays. All domestic shipping addresses are verified through USPS. International orders may require extra processing time.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Shipping timelines do not include weekends or holidays.

LipoVive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. UPS is our primary shipping carrier.

International Shipping:
International orders typically arrive within 4–6 weeks, though delivery may take up to 8–12 weeks depending on customs processing. Additional fees may apply for remote or restricted locations.

Order Cancellation Policy

Due to high order volume, purchases are processed shortly after being placed. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting customer support.

After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible. If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the package according to the return policy below.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Once an order has been processed, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds or reshipments for orders sent to an incorrect address can only be issued if the package is successfully returned to us.

Delivery Confirmation

If tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly (e.g., USPS or UPS). LipoVive is unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Refund Policy

To request a refund, all bottles—including full, partially used, empty, and any bonus bottles—must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Please include a printed note with the return containing:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned package is received and approved.
